We are a subsidiary of the Heirs Holdings Group duly registered by the regulatory authority (NHIS) to operate as a national HMO in October 2012 but commenced operations in 2013.
Whether you’re an Individual, a Family, an Association or Corporate Organisation, our health plans have been created to give you access to quality healthcare services whenever you need it.
Once you are subscribed to our health plans and you fall ill, suffer an accident, or are diagnosed with a health condition, Avon HMO steps in to coordinate your care and pay the bills; ensuring and overseeing the delivery of quality healthcare services that will enable you to get better.
We also offer on-site health risk assessment, occupational health management and employee well-being services, which go a long way in maintaining a healthy and productive workforce.
Licensed as a National HMO in 2012, commenced operations in 2013. Launched corporate health plans in 2014 to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Commenced our digital transformation journey and upgraded our 24/7 contact center infrastructure. Became the first HMO in Nigeria to launch retail health plans for the mass market and the first HMO to enable Nigerians purchase health plans online.

This is to officially appreciate the excellent Customer service rendered to me when I had cause to visit the Hospital for medical attention. I particularly acknowledge the efforts of Emmanuel from the Contact Centre who has been very consistent in following up to ensure there was no delay at each of the medical facilities I went especially while at the office of the Endocrinologist. I was at st Raphael Divine Mercy Hospital, Ikorodu for a checkup in June 2020 because I wanted to travel to see my husband at Port Harcourt the next day but somehow the drug was out of stock so I had to leave without it. However, your staff told me it will be delivered to me and to my surprise, I got the drugs right in Port Harcourt! Thank you for your good efforts and excellent service I'm very grateful.
