She is the Chairperson of Avon Healthcare Limited, Nigeria’s leading health insurance provider, and Avon Medical Practice, a growing network of full-service clinics and medical centres, driven by her commitment to improving access to quality healthcare in Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation.
Adesimbo Ukiri
MD/CEOAdesimbo Bello-Ukiri is the pioneer Managing Director and CEO of Avon Healthcare Ltd (Avon HMO), spearheading its evolution from a startup in 2012 into the leading Nigerian health management organization it is today. A trained lawyer, she holds an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School, where she obtained an MSc in Management (Leadership and Strategy).
Udochi Nwaodu
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORUdochi Nwaodu is the Executive Chairman, Beach Gate Group. He was most recently, Chief of Staff at Heirs Holdings. He is a First-Class graduate in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. His career in the banking industry spans over two decades. His prior positions include Branch Manager at Diamond Bank; Deputy General Manager at Continental Trust Bank; and General Manager in United Bank for Africa.
Dan Okeke
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORDan Okeke is responsible for business development and coordination across the Heirs Holdings Group’s investment portfolio. He also serves as the Chairman of Heirs Life Assurance Limited.
Niyi Onifade
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORNiyi Onifade became the pioneer MD/CEO of Heirs Life Assurance in September 2015, a subsidiary of the Heirs Holdings Group, with the responsibility of overseeing the Executive Office, implementing the company’s strategy and driving overall efficiency. Prior to joining the Heirs Holding Group, Mr Niyi Onifade served as MD/CEO of Wapic Life Assurance Limited, where he oversaw the execution of the organisation’s strategy.
