Osa Imasogie is the Chief Executive Officer of Avon HMO, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and financial services. With a proven track record in operations, compliance, and project management, Osa is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence across the healthcare sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St. John University, UK, and a Management Analytics Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Yetunde Ayeni brings over 17 years of diverse professional experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Consulting, and Financial Services.

Commencing her HR journey in 2008 at Yana Inspiration Dance Company, Yetunde managed HR/Admin. activities before transitioning to HR Consulting at Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC) Limited. Progressing to Michael Stevens Consulting Limited in 2013 as a Senior Consultant, she led HR process enhancements and other key responsibilities.

Before joining Heirs Insurance Group in 2020 as a pioneer staff, Yetunde served as the Assistant Manager, HR Services at TSL Logistics Limited, showcasing expertise in HR Strategy and Operations in Nigeria & Ghana. She also oversaw Facility Management, Information Technology, and Corporate Communications.

Prior to joining Avon Healthcare, she functioned in the capacity of the Group Head, Resources and HR, Sector Head, at Heirs Insurance Group.

Yetunde holds a BSc. in Industrial Labour Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM) and holds a Human Resources Practitioner License (HRPL) issued by the same Institute.

Dr. Adeyinka is currently the Group Head, Medical Services. He is an astute medical practitioner with over 10 years’ experience who obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a Diploma in Healthcare Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Duke University, North Carolina, USA, capacity building and sustainability from Deloitte (UK), Certification in managing Mental health (OHWS).

He is a physician executive with experience in multidisciplinary settings both home and abroad with a career focused on strengthening Health Systems, specializing in the deployment of quality health care delivery services.

Prior to joining Avon HMO, Dr. Adeyemi worked both as a physician and emergency specialist in Lagos, Nigeria and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (Saudi-Arabia).

Kolawole is a seasoned operations executive with over 18 years’ experience in the healthcare sector where he has worked with renowned HMOs like Hygeia before joining Avon HMO. He has a proven track record of driving organisational performance through strategic planning, process optimisation, and disciplined resource management.

Kola is recognized for delivering operational excellence and achieving sustained, measurable results in complex, dynamic environments.

He is a Registered Nurse, accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), and holds a Master of Public Health from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

Oladapo Odunuga is a results-driven IT professional with over 17 years of experience aligning technology with business objectives.

He is skilled in IT strategy, cloud solutions, infrastructure management, security, and process automation, with a proven track record in leading digital transformation efforts, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering innovative technology solutions.

Dapo is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Avon Healthcare, he led the digital transformation at Allianz Insurance Ltd as the Head of Information Technology.

Dr. Janet Steiner is a healthcare executive with over a decade of experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare administration, managed care, project management, and corporate strategy. She began her career in clinical medicine before transitioning into healthcare management, where she held roles at Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals and Avon HealthCare across care coordination, customer experience, utilization and case management, and provider relationship management.

She trained in geriatric care at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Edo State, following her medical internship at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Ogun State. Her clinical background continues to shape her approach to healthcare leadership, strategy, and enterprise performance.

She currently Heads the Strategy Execution & Special Projects unit at Avon Healthcare Limited, providing strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Committee while driving enterprise-wide strategic planning, portfolio governance, and performance management.

Dr. Janet holds an MBBS and an MBA in Healthcare Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Senior Fellow of the Management and Strategy Institute.
